With an emphasis on rhythm, these piano-orientated tracks result from McLeod's experiments with hybrid styles, joining classical with her early experiences as a rock keyboard player. Includes her 2 Rock Sonatas, the ebullient "Music for Four" for pianos and percussion, "Seascapes" for piano trio, and what some consider her finest solo piano writing, "Piano Piece 1965".
